The Beckett Trilogy
A 3 hour rendition of the novels Molloy, Malone Dies & The Unnamable, directed and designed by Judy Hegarty Lovett and performed by Conor Lovett. Performed at Lincoln Center’s White Light Festival in 2017 at The Coronet Theatre’s Beckett In London Festival in 2016. Hailed by critics all over the world as a tour de force which is at once faithful to Beckett and an innovation of form and performance. The hilariously funny Molloy gives way to the failing storytelling of Malone followed by the mesmeric existential struggle of The Unnamable. Operatic in its range and minimalist in its visual presentation.
